Rates

All time that is considered investigative, court (whether client requested or court ordered), report and travel time is billed at $75.00/hr. This includes manual record retrieval and asset research and verification.

Electronic Research:                                                                                   

Search of Department of Motor Vehicles-$20.00/state

Address History- $20.00 unless included in Background Check

All others fees will be charged at cost. This includes any and all expenses paid out of pocket that directly benefit of the case. i.e. C.I.’s, photo copies, lamination, etc.

Reimbursable Expenses

Lodging- Will be billed when it benefits the client to stay overnight rather than to travel from the investigators home to the case location.

Airfare- By approval of the client.

Vehicle rentals- Will be billed when it benefits the client to rent a vehicle rather than bill miles.

Mileage is billed at $0.505/mi. No mileage is billed on rental vehicles. Fuel will be reimbursed on rentals with receipts. No fuel reimbursed if mileage is charged.

The Arkansas Board of Private Investigations requires a contract be completed each time work is performed by a licensed investigator for any individual. Hopkins & Associates also requires a retainer fee before any work will be performed for an individual.
